FLM BEAUTY RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If a cancellation request is made after dispatch, the refund process will be initiated once the product is returned and verified. Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are processed via bank transfer once details are provided.
Returns and Refunds
FLM Beauty accepts returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition with intact seals, labels, and packaging. Refunds are initiated after the returned items are received and verified.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for products that have been misused, altered, or are missing original packaging and accessories. Items covered under manufacturer warranties, used personal care products, and promotional gifts are also non-returnable.
Refund Process
Refunds for prepaid orders are credited to the original payment method, while COD refunds are processed via bank transfer. The process takes 5 business days from the verification of the returned items.
