How does the shipping process work?

Once your order is placed, our team ensures a comprehensive quality check to confirm that your items are in perfect condition. Once the final inspection is complete, the products are securely packaged and handed over to our trusted logistics partners.

We strive for prompt delivery. If the courier is unable to reach your address or deliver at the scheduled time, they will get in touch with you to find a suitable solution.

Where does FLM Beauty ship?

Currently, FLM Beauty delivers only within India.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking details. You can track your package using the ‘Track’ option in the ‘My Orders’ section. Additionally, you can opt to receive order updates through WhatsApp.

What is the estimated delivery timeline?

We aim to ship most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

During major sales and peak shopping periods, orders may take up to 5 days to be shipped due to high demand.

Are there any shipping charges?

Our shipping rates are based on the order value:

Free shipping for orders above ₹499

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (CoD) for orders below ₹249 or exceeding ₹50,000.

Does FLM Beauty offer international shipping?

At present, FLM Beauty does not provide international shipping.
