Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Confirmation:

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email and phone number.

As we prepare and ship your order within 24-48 hours of the confirmation, you can then check the status of your package through the 'Track' button on the 'My Orders' section.

 

2. Order Tracking:

Use the tracking number provided in the confirmation email to monitor the progress of your shipment.

You can also choose to receive real-time order updates on WhatsApp by opting in during the checkout process.

 

3. Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

We usually dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

 

4. Shipping Charges:

We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.

Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a certain value

 

In the event of a delivery issue, such as lost or damaged items, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order for assistance.
